Lester Lien, Owner/Broker of Lien Auction and Realty, has about 43 years experience in the field of real estate, and is still going strong!  He was a 1975 ND State Merchandise Auctioneer Champion, and in the 1998 NDAA Auctioneers Hall of Fame.  Most of the real estate being sold at auction is rural farmland or pasture.  His full auction service includes a computerized mailing list.
